Through monthly meetings, incorporating in community data, new information learned from the Minnesota Family Resource Center Network, and local family feedback, the Core Team has determined to work towards a hub and spoke model of strengthened partnerships.
The goal is to add capacity through the additional staff outlined below and strengthened partnerships to ensure family centered access, seamless referrals, and increased
engagement at family strengthening and support programs and events.

Creating Community Consulting: FRC Partner Coordination and Technical Assistance
FRC Partners: All family serving organizations, groups, and agencies. These will be the partners helping to strengthen warm handoffs and referrals and supporting increased family strengthening activities and programs.

Clay County received two grants to support the launch of this initiative: State of Minnesota Community Resource Center Grant and Sauer Family Foundation Grant. This funding covers most program expenses through June 2027.
Added capacity would come through funding secured collectively and through the three identified roles:
1 FTE Community Outreach Coordinator
1 FTE Family Advisory Board (FAB) Coordinator
.5 FTE FRC Partner Coordinator
